I’ve been having some interesting dreams lately, but last night I asked for messages to be given to me in my dreams. There was one message but honestly can’t remember what it was.
So today’s card is so fitting with my dream state at the moment.
The card meaning:
YOUR DREAMS HOLD the key. When you dream at night, you heal traumas,
19. LAND OF DREAMS
solve problems, and process all you have learned and
experienced during the day by combining them in unique and creative ways. Some of the best and most magical stories, songs, inventions, creations, solutions, and ideas were born in the dreams of the people who brought them into the world.
This card has come to your attention because your dreaming mind has the power to set you on your desired course. Dreams can show you new approaches and help you become aware of things you don't want to admit to yourself. They can also open you to bold new levels of happiness, wealth, romance, and success.
While getting a good night's sleep is always a prerequisite to good mental and physical health,it's something to especially keep an eye on now. Prepare your bedroom for restful sleep by ensuring your bed is comfortable and the space is serene. Cover the windows in a way that creates total darkness.
Remove electronics or put your phone on airplane mode before sleeping. Eat plenty of protein and engage in physical exercise daily. And if you need to, cut back on caffeine.
Before bed tonight, place a journal or notebook and a pen near your bed. As you're drifting off to sleep, bring your situation (the subject of this reading) into your mind. Focus on it and wonder about it without worrying about it too much. Just hold it lightly in your thoughts with curiosity and openness. Ask for Divine support in receiving helpful guidance on this issue while you sleep.
If you wake in the night and remember a dream, turn on your light and write it down. (Even if it doesn't immediately seem like it pertains to your question or challenge.) Otherwise, write down any dreams you remember upon waking in the morning Also, write down any impressions or realizations that may have dawned on you upon waking.
Once you're fully awake, read over what you've written. With each dream, ask yourself, "If I had to guess what this dream was about, what would Iguess? What aspect of my life might this dream relate to?" Take whatever time you need to process and contemplate everything you wrote.
Repeat these steps every night until you gain the clarity, guidance, or direction you seek.
