In case you hadn’t heard, our weekly membership options are one of THE best ways to keep Reform Vic Park as a regular part of your 2026 wellness routine.

As a weekly autopay member, you also get priority booking for all classes, up to 14 days ‘pause’ time per 3-month period, and an additional 2 week pause over Christmas if you’re heading away.

As many of you know, Andrea’s been an absolute legend juggling teaching with us alongside her killer corporate career AND mum life (we don’t know how she does it!). We’re sad to say that Andrea’s stepping back from regular classes to focus on those other spinning plates – but we totally get it!

Andrea, thank you for being our weekend rock at Reform Vic Park. You’ve been amazing, and we can’t wait to see you back in the studio when the time is right! 💖

A randomised, controlled trial published in July 2025 found that 6 weeks of reformer pilates (twice weekly) significantly reduced pain intensity, improved fear of movement, reduced fatigue, and enhanced sleep quality in women with chronic low back and neck pain.
