“My first experience of Pilates was as a baby ballerina and it’s been a constant in my life since! Pilates has been a huge part of my journey through my performance career, injury, and chronic pain and I am passionate about the potential for Pilates to improve your quality of life as it has mine.
“I work across the performing arts and fitness sectors, so you may see those influences popping up in sessions with me. Movement is medicine! In my classes you can expect to encounter some tough challenges, enhance your spinal mobility and walk out feeling good – in both your brain and your body!”
