NEW to our permanent schedule – jump board reformer sessions are ready to book.
A fun variation of reformer Pilates, jump board sessions incorporate plyometric movement, engaging both slow-twitch and fast-twitch fibres for well-rounded muscle maintenance.
Jumping, hopping, and bounding movements (with low joint impact) are incorporated to increase power, strength, and agility, while promoting better muscle responsiveness and coordination.
Book your jump board classes on the last Thursday of every month at 11am, 12pm and 1pm with Erin. All levels welcome.
