How’s your body feeling today? December can be a lot – if your back’s feeling tight or you’re carrying tension in your shoulders, here’s a simple reset you can do right now.
The Roll Down (standing or seated)
– Start standing with feet hip-width apart, knees soft (or sit tall on the edge of a chair)
– Take a breath in, lengthening through your spine
– On your exhale, tuck your chin and slowly roll down, one vertebra at a time
– Let your arms hang heavy – no effort, just gravity
– Pause at the bottom. Take 2-3 breaths here
– Slowly roll back up, stacking your spine from the bottom, head comes up last
