You can donate to the Big Heart Appeal on the Heart Foundation NZ website. Investing in heart research and training of cardiologists is key in helping to prevent this tragic loss.

📍 Where: Te Puru Stadium
📅 When: Saturday 7 March 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00–11:00am (please arrive 10 minutes early)

🧘 What to bring:
• A mat (extras available if needed)
• Water bottle
• Comfy clothes
💛 Koha: $10 per person (or more if you wish)

This is a 60-minute Pilates class suitable for all levels — no experience needed. Pilates is gentle on the body and a beautiful way to move together for a great cause.
Please share this event with friends, family, and your wider community — everyone is welcome! The more people who attend, the more support we can give to the family. All funds raised will go directly to them.
