My heart is beyond full after spending the day hosting a day retreat for the gorgeous team at ✨ What a beautiful way to show appreciation and give back to your employees.

We started the day with an opening meditation followed by a spicy Pilates class and fire ceremony. We were nourished throughout the day by the incredible plant based master mind that is . We walked in nature and then finished the day bathing in my reiki infused soundscapes. The weather gods really delivered and the day was pure magic ✨💕 Thank you for trusting me 😘

Join Renee and Sophie Saturday 1st February 9am - 2pm at , Auckland, New Zealand.

The intention of the day is to explore our inner rhythms through breath work, meditation, movement, yoga and sound healing.

There will be plenty of time dedicated to connecting, reflecting and holding space for you to feel peace and ease in your body and mind. This is an intimate event so spaces are limited. If you wish to do a payment plan just reach out and we can organise that for you.
