💫 New Dance Fitness Class💫

Hello, I’m Kae-Lynn — and here’s the truth…

I used to hate all things fitness and I would’ve never willingly signed myself up for a group class.

The first time I tried a dance fitness class, it was because my friend forced me to go. I walked in with a bad attitude, fully convinced it would be an hour of pure torture.

But to my surprise… I actually enjoyed it.
I had no idea movement could be fun — that it could feel like freedom.

During class something shifted.
I felt free from all the pressures, judgments shame, and expectations I had placed on myself. Free to move. Free to feel. Free to be me.

That’s why I lead The Movement — because it isn’t about fitness, it’s about freedom.

Lydia has been teaching yoga since 2019, after falling in love with the dynamic nature of flow yoga in her own practice. She’s drawn to the way flow builds strength, balance, and mind–body awareness - qualities she weaves into each of her classes. Lydia’s flow sessions encourage you to explore your edge and find ease within the effort, while her yin classes offer space for deep relaxation and release.​​​​

Whether you're new to the mat or a seasoned yogi deepening their practice, each class has something for everyone. ❣️

🍫✨ Yin & Cacao is happening again this Sunday.
