I’m Agostina. Originally from Argentina, New Zealand has been my home for the past 7 years, based in Blenheim.

For years I’ve been guiding people on their journey of healing and transformation through massage therapy, Reiki, yoga, meditation, and monthly cacao ceremonies with sound healing—a sacred space for introspection and self-connection.

These three words have become my daily mantra, a reflection of who I am and how I choose to live.
They walk with me every single day.

Every morning, I wake up embracing 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞, 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.

𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞, a gentle reminder to open my heart and move through life with love for everyone and everything… but firstly, for myself.

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞,it will be hard to live daily without a sense of gratitude. There's no way we could keep up a positive state of mind without feeling gratitude for who we are, what we have achieved, and all that experiences yet to come. Gratitude shapes our mindset, helping us stay positive.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 brings me a sense of empathy, for others and for myself. It has taught me to stop being so hard on myself, to replace judgment with kindness, and to meet my own heart with love. 💚
