Do you put everyone first, to find yourself exhausted?

Feed everyone.Then forget to eat?

Feel drained. Unappreciated.
Lost.

Then try to put yourself first.
Make sure you fill your own cup to overflow of self care, so you never burn out.

Then you can give from the overflow without ever feeling drained again.

Then watch yourself shine. Your life improve in everyway possible.
