🌕 SAUNA COLLECTIVE FULL MOON SESSIONS — THIS THURSDAY NIGHT

Two beaches.
Two wood fired Saunas
One moon.

Milford Beach + Orewa Beach
7:00pm – 10:30pm

There’s something different about heat + cold under a full moon.
The horizon is silver.
The air is charged.
The water feels alive.

This is the night to drop in with the elements.
Fire. Breath. Sweat. Ocean. Moonlight.

Book your session + choose your beach.
Bring someone you want to share a moment of magic with.

🚂 TUESDAY MORNING // OREWA BREATH CLUB
Session 002

6:30am — in front of the sauna, right on the sand.
Think run club… but instead of kilometres, we do breathwork.

No cost.
No pressure.
No rules.
Just humans breathing together.

At minimum — we’ll run a Wim Hof rhythm.
If a facilitator wants to jump in — sweet.
If someone has a recording they love — sweet.
If it’s just us, listening to the ocean + matching breath to swell — perfect.

The real reason this exists?
Because I personally fell out of the habit… and a few Mondays ago when we did a Stronghold session it hit me how much I missed it.
If I just commit to ONE morning a week —
that’s 52 breath sessions a year.
52 more than none.

So I’ll be there anyway lighting the fire for the sauna.
If you want in — come breathe

What do you need? Up to you.
Blanket? Jumper? Togs? Nothing?

How do I book? You don’t.
Just show up or don’t.

Breathe in. Breathe out.
