Why we do it ?
As we move further and further into peak sauna season the Sauna Collective feel good train is only just now picking up steam and we are loving introducing more and more people to the best beach front wood fired sauna in the game.

People often ask what makes it special and the reality is the proof is in the pudding. Every single time we open our doors and stoke the fires we see people arrive for different reasons .. they love sauna , recovery , catching up with friends etc but the one that lands is when you see people arriving looking like they have been in a fight with life and then within one sauna ocean round the medicine of heat and the elements begins to work its magic and by round two they are looking transformed… smiles back , spring in the step … they are back in the game … feeling good , out of their head and back in their body.

A sweet reminder for tonight's Full Moon Sauna sessions. This is our busiest evening of the month and spaces are booked back-to-back. So we kindly remind to please arrive on time, as there is very little wiggly space to move your sauna time if you arrive late. Thank you 🌙

Both locations open at 5.00pm - you can sauna till 22.30pm.

The Moon Rise start at 7.06pm.
High Tide is at 8.59pm.

You can book for the 20min - 45min - of 75min Sauna sessions.
