We specialise in individualised care that looks after our residents’ overall needs, developed with them and for them, and delivered with warmth that makes them feel at home. Our expert team of managers, nurses, health care assistants and support staff share a true passion for aged care. Stay connected and active
Our 56-bed facility offers rest home and hospital level care, with spacious rooms and shared spaces that provide opportunities for both privacy and enjoying company. Our full-on activity calendar ensures our residents stay physically and socially active. Be nurtured and nourished
Our busy kitchen serves delicious and nourishing meals that cater to our residents’ dietary requirements, even delivering to nearby neighbourhoods for our Meals on Wheels programme. We’d love to show you our home.

The home was beautifully decorated, with staff and residents in their best Christmas outfits. With beautiful weather to enjoy, the day was filled with great food, fun games, staff performances inspired by dances from around the world, live music from a band, and some of our residents singing Christmas carols.

Such a wonderful celebration to share together.
Wishing all our families and whānau a very Merry Christmas.

What is a C.A.R.E. Champion?

Every day in our homes, amazing people quietly create moments of comfort, connection, and genuine care.
A C.A.R.E. Champion is someone who brings our values of Competence, Authenticity, Respect, and Empathy to life in everything they do.

This year is the very first time Sound Care Group is honouring these extraordinary individuals.

Across all facilities, residents, families, and staff submitted nominations to recognise team members who consistently go above and beyond. From these heartfelt nominations, each home selected one C.A.R.E. Site Winner, the person who best represents our Culture of Care.

At the end of the year, from all site winners we will choose the Sound Care Group C.A.R.E. Champion 2025.

Cambridge Life C.A.R.E. Site Winner 2025: Cosmina

Cosmina is the warm heart of our Cambridge Life kitchen a steady, caring presence whose support reaches far beyond the meals she prepares. As Kitchen Manager, she doesn’t just nourish our residents with food; she nourishes our home with kindness, patience, and genuine care.

Her leadership brings comfort to residents and confidence to her team. Whether she is planning meals, guiding her staff, or sharing a warm smile in the hallway, Cosmina makes everyone around her feel valued and looked after.

Her dedication touches every corner of Cambridge Life, and we are so proud to celebrate her as our 2025 C.A.R.E. Site Winner.
