ST Massage NZ I have been a massage therapist since 2014 with a couple of small breaks to have kids. I am a certified Massage Therapist in relaxation and remedial massage.

I am passionate about helping people feel good about themselves and function to the best of their ability Massage provides many benefits and both short and long term changes. It can affect nearly all systems of the body including the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, nervous and lymphatic systems. Massage is a great for active people as a preventative for injuries and to enhance performance.
