Trauma Sensitive Yoga - 8 week series - ACC funding available
We welcome you to join us for term 2
Offered every term, our sessions include invitations to notice your body and breath in the present moment, choice-based gentle movement and relaxation. This is a safe and supportive space where you are free to practice self-care, move, breathe and rest in a way that feels right for you.
We also open the space 15 minutes before and after each session for those who would like the opportunity for optional social connection, co-regulation or integration. The groups are facilitated by Erin Fairgray, Owner/Yoga Teacher of Flourish Wellness, and Dr Vanessa Beavan, Clinical Psychologist.
Upcoming Term 2 group times:
*Tuesdays (online, all genders) 7-8pm from 28th April-16th June
* Fridays (Cambridge, women only) 11am-12pm from 1 May-19th June
**Fully Funded for ACC clients with an approved sensitive claim.
Non-ACC clients are able to self-fund if available spaces.
