Good afternoon to all our awesome clients and customers, Jo here with a brief update. My vision is minimal but I’m focusing on getting better as fast as possible to enable my return to the business that has become my life and soul. I hope that the disruption hasn’t need to inconvenient and I know the OWC Team are striving to provide the same excellent service that you have become accustomed to.

For the past few years I have supported The Gut Cancer Foundation at their Auckland Marathon event - providing their fundraising runners with sports massage post event. This year I am hoping to help them in a different way by being part of those fundraising runners.🏃 🏃 🏃 🏃

Its a bit scary as I havent run anything more than 5 km for a few years now, but with a bit of mental focus and physical practice and my new orthotics (Thanks Cherye Gait Doctor) I’ve got this. However I need your support with the fundraising part.

Im running 11km - would you be willing to donate/encourage/bribe me $11.00?

Im not fast or fancy so $1 per km is fair. If I was awesome or fantastic at running I’d definitely be pitching for more. 🫣🤩😜
