Classes will start next year at Parakiore. This is the new CCC Recreation Centre in Christchurch.
There will be a great range of dance, circus and creative movement classes to choose from.
Awareness Through Movement classes will be on at
5.30 pm Wednesday
1.30 pm Thursdays
and a wheelchair class Thursday 12.30 pm

Walking or ice skating.. I am lucky enough to be able to walk 5 minutes to this sunrise. There is so much research about the benefits of morning outside time.. ..Who needs research I had still ocean, waking birds and a slippery woodend jetty to slide on😀🥰

These will be simple movement patterns to improve posture and stimulate a sense of Skeletal path

Gill Reddon will teach Bone Breathing.

This is a practice from Chinese medicine that involves focusing on your bones and immune system..

This workshop aims to promote GOOD BONES, teaching you how to help osteoporotic bones achieve better health.

Please let friends/ relatives you know who may have low bone density or are prone to fractures.
