Performance Physiotherapy is a Private Practice Physiotherapy Clinic in Christchurch that aims to provide a professional and exemplary Physiotherapy Service whilst enjoying the process. Performance Physiotherapy is about the PEOPLE β whether that be staff or our clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of the Administrator is to provide timely, efficient, and accurate administrative, and systems support to the business.
The Clinic Administrator is crucial in contributing to quality and patient care through effective workload management, with a focus on providing excellent support and administrative services to staff and customers. This will include working with ACC, surgeons, rehabilitation providers, insurance companies, other medical providers whilst adhering to privacy and confidentiality at all times.
This position is varied, and no two days will be the same and your role is an extremely important cog in our business wheel.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including phone confidence.
Proven eye for attention to detail and accuracy and a proven multitasker.
Responsive and willing to meet each challenge directly.
Want to be part of a team and a desire to help others.
Xero Accounting.
MYOB Payroll.
Gensolve Practice Management System experience preferred.
ACC and Insurance experience preferred.
Proficient in all Office 365 products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
