✨ 17.2kg down and stronger than ever! ✨⁣

Lisa has been working with me for several years, steadily building consistent, healthy exercise habits. At the beginning of this year, we decided to take things to the next level by incorporating a personalised nutrition plan tailored to her goals — and wow, has she delivered.⁣
