"Yoga has been a part of my life for over twelve years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live my life more mindfully and with a sense of peace. I have a bachelor of Physical Education from Otago University majoring in exercise prescription and management where I have taught in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I'm a certified yoga instructor having completed my 200hr Yoga Teaching Training with Santosha Yoga in Bali. I have also completed teacher training in pre/post natal and children/teens yoga. I love applying my knowledge of anatomy, physiology and functional movement to my yoga learning and teaching. My classes are infused with informative movement inquiries, yoga asanas, creative sequencing, stretching, and meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
