- I understand that my first massage session will include a 10-15 minute consult in the time booked.
- I understand that if I am running late, the massage duration will be shorter if Penelope has clients booked after your appointment.
- I understand that I can pay by bank transfer, eftpos or cash.
- I am aware that I may experience mild discomfort, muscle tenderness, headaches or tiredness after my session. Post massage suggestions are to increase water intake and avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours.
- I understand that I must consult my health care practitioner if I have any medical conditions that become aggravated or if I have any severe ongoing effects after the massage.
- I am aware that I must first consult with my practitioner to go ahead with massage if I have any health conditions or injuries that may be affected by receiving massage.
- I agree to inform Penelope and reschedule my appointment if I have any cold or flu like symptoms.
- I understand that If I don't show up for my appointment with no prior communication, a cancelation fee of 50% of the cost of your massage will occur.
- I understand that if I cancel within 24 hours of my appointment, a 25% cancellation fee may occur depending on circumstances.
- I agree to inform Penelope if I have had a recent injury or operation since my last appointment.
- I understand that once payment has been made to Sweet P Massage (that I do not use) it will be transferred to credit only. This credit can be transferred to someone of your choice for a massage session. No cash or refunds will be given. Voucher purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions
- No refunds or redeem for cash.
- Vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
