Swiss ball through pregnancy 🤰

⭐️ We recommend maintaining dynamic movement through your pelvis when pregnant. This can easily be achieved by rocking on a swiss ball!

⭐️ This simple technique allows your pelvic muscles, ligaments and joints to remain relaxed. Therefore creating ease and movement within the pelvis, allowing space for baby to turn and navigate out the birth canal.

⭐️ Helpful tip - ensure you are rocked forward onto the sit bones, taking pressure off the sacrum. Knees apart and at a lower level than your hips.

⭐️ Especially necessary for desk workers, but a useful tool for all pregnant māmā!
