Here is the plan for term 4! Two groups running for 8 weeks only! Slightly different ages and focuses but both using art as therapy to improve self-confidence, regulate emotions and reduce levels of anxiety. I can't believe it is time to start thinking about the September/October holidays! Before we know it, it will be the Christmas holidays!! I'm really looking forward to this one, making summer hats, doing our usual baking challenge and hopefully being outside a bit more!

After a successful first round of this, the participants have asked for it to be extended! So we are finishing off the term, and honestly it has been so great we will continue next term too! I have TWO spaces available if your pre teen or teen would like to come and join the most lovely group where differences are welcomed and supported! Open to anyone experiencing any challenges, not just anxiety!

Thankyou so much to for donating some excess crafting supplies! We had a great time making bouquets today, guided by the lovely at ! We added some paper flowers and butterflies and had some very happy parents at pick up when presented with a handmade bouquet! ♥️🦋🌼
