I work to create a safe space for you to explore how to regain your wholeness. My work can help you transform stuck emotional patterns and build new skills. Therapy I provide enables you to become more confident, engaged, experience joy and able to cope with whatever life throws your way. I draw on a variety of therapeutic styles to meet the individual needs of the client. My approach is holistic and active and includes Brainspotting (developed from EMDR), EFT tapping, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), informed Counselling, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, occupational focused and sensory modulation approaches. I enjoy working with my clients, walking beside them on their journey and helping them make positive changes to their wellbeing and lives. I feel confident that successful outcomes of happiness, confidence, health and wellbeing, overcoming trauma or whatever people want to achieve can be attained.
