Donning his redbands in honour of mental health charity I AM HOPE , Alex is completing the iconic Coast to Coast multi-sport event... in his gummies!

Running in gumboots is no mean feat, so Nick Haley, principal podiatrist at Feet N Motion fitted his redbands with Formthotics Widefit. These will greatly improve his comfort, and decrease chance of injury during the event.

Foot Science was happy to be able to assist with the provision of Formthotics and we look forward to following his progress and cheering him along during the race.

To respond to the increasing demand in the Ashburton community we have an exciting new opportunity for a Foot Hygienist to work alongside our Podiatry team. Hi team, we are back at it Tomorrow Wednesday 8th September. We will be strictly observing level 2 restrictions so we may ask you a few extra questions and take a little longer between patients, but we are really looking forward to seeing you all again in the clinic. While we are at Level 4 the Podiatry team have been redeployed to the Ashburton CBAC. We have gone from looking at feet to taking Nasal swabs. It’s been a big learning curve , but great to be able to help out. Hopefully when we are back at level two we will be able to sort all of your foot problems again. In the meantime if you have any issues don’t hesitate to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

After 10 years at Feet n Motion as our Practice Manager, Cath is moving on. She has been our Friend, our Sister, our Boss and sometimes our Mum. Good luck with what you choose to do and enjoy some time to yourself. We will miss you round here.
