December is upon us again, and every year we celebrate this special time of the year with our annual Bake-off. And by the look of these photos, you can tell the competition was fierce. The title of champion baker for 2023 was won by Juliette, the latest addition to our team!

Our annual clinic bake-off was held today and this year's theme was 'Fruit'. After much deliberation, the judges picked Zoe's amazing Sticky date pudding as the winner. Jo's Banoffee pie was the runner-up.
