I've recently completed training in Oncology Reflexology.
This has been a deeply meaningful step in my journey, allowing me to better support those navigating cancer and its treatments in a gentle, holistic way.
Oncology reflexology is carefully adapted to meet each person where they are - offering comfort, relaxation, and a sense of calm during what can often be an overwhelming time.
My intention is always to provide a safe, nurturing space where the body can rest, and the mind can find peace.

World Reflexology Week - Wednesday 25 September 2024

Today some of our SRG members volunteered their time at Burwood Hospital giving reflexology sessions to many patients.

It was great to come together as a group of Professional Reflexologists, to share our time and skills with some patients who enjoyed the benefit.

This is our second year at Burwood Hospital and we hope to make this an annual event.
Many thanks to Alex Teen from SRG who co-ordinated the event with the hospital.
