What you do now will have a massive impact on your future self, so please don't wait until you are sick to start looking after yourself ! Here are your basics:
EAT CLEAN - (quit processed food, inc sugar)
MOVE YOUR BODY DAILY - (2 x 20 min walks is a start, and stretch)
DRINK WATER - (not in teac, coffee or juice, on it's own)
USE SUPPLEMENTS WHERE NECESSARY - (Nrf2 is your base supplement, everyone should be on it to slow down aging, then build on that where necessary/needed)
RE-BALANCE YOUR CIRCADIAN RHYTHMS - (see daylight with your naked eye asap upon waking and use blue blockers in the evening)
PRACTICE MIND-FULLNESS - (meditation, zen neutral, meditation dance, hertz music etc etc)
STIMULATE YOUR VAGUS NERVE - (Sing, hum, laugh)
GET RID OF TOXINS - (That includes people and relationships as well toxic cosmetics etc).
BE GRATEFUL - (find the good things in life & situations and focus on them).
