ββββββββ- Washing sheets weekly in hot water (if you aren't able to do hot water washes, you can add tea tree or eucalyptus oil to the wash)ββββββββββββββββ

- Replacing pillows and duvets every 1-2 years or using a "House Dust Mite specific" pillow and mattress protector.ββββββββββββββββ

-Removing sheepskins and woollen underlays in your homeββββββββββββββββ
