Fraame Healthcare is excited to announce our newest client, Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN), who will be implementing our FileVision Client Management System (CMS) software this year. As a leading provider of social and community services, PSN required a robust and efficient system to manage their client information, documents, and other essential resources. FileVision CMS will initially be deployed across PSNâs Family Works and Shine.
PSN has a proud legacy of supporting some of New Zealandâs most vulnerable communities, a commitment that dates back to 1884. Today, the organisationâs wide-reaching social services include Lifeline, Family Works, and Shine, while health and disability support are delivered under Enliven.
PSN also champions community and business development through initiatives such as Communities Feeding Communities in Auckland and a range of fee-for-service training programmes tailored for businesses and community groups, including DVFREE, and Shine RESPOND. With a dedicated team of approximately 900 staff, PSN delivers its services across regional sites throughout the upper North Island, from TaupĹ to WhangÄrei.
By adopting FileVision CMS, PSN will benefit from streamlined and integrated multiple service data management, as well as improved accessibility and enhanced security for their client records. This system will allow their team to efficiently track services and coordinate care ultimately enhancing the quality of care and support they provide to their community.
