Fraame Healthcare is excited to announce our newest client, Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN), who will be implementing our FileVision Client Management System (CMS) software this year. As a leading provider of social and community services, PSN required a robust and efficient system to manage their client information, documents, and other essential resources. FileVision CMS will initially be deployed across PSN’s Family Works and Shine.

PSN has a proud legacy of supporting some of New Zealand’s most vulnerable communities, a commitment that dates back to 1884. Today, the organisation’s wide-reaching social services include Lifeline, Family Works, and Shine, while health and disability support are delivered under Enliven.

PSN also champions community and business development through initiatives such as Communities Feeding Communities in Auckland and a range of fee-for-service training programmes tailored for businesses and community groups, including DVFREE, and Shine RESPOND. With a dedicated team of approximately 900 staff, PSN delivers its services across regional sites throughout the upper North Island, from Taupō to Whangārei.

By adopting FileVision CMS, PSN will benefit from streamlined and integrated multiple service data management, as well as improved accessibility and enhanced security for their client records. This system will allow their team to efficiently track services and coordinate care ultimately enhancing the quality of care and support they provide to their community.

The Laura Fergusson Trust Wellington (LFT) is a client of Fraame Healthcare that has adopted the innovative platform of FileVision CMS, and is now equipped with a powerful tool designed to enhance the way they manage client care. This transition marks a significant step forward in their ability to provide consistent, well-coordinated support to those they serve.

LFT has embraced FileVision CMS, leveraging its user-friendly clinical and screening tools to enhance the level of care for its residents. The system has proven to be a game-changer, reducing administrative challenges by offering a centralised platform that streamlines resource management, client-centered care, and communications across multiple residential sites and community settings. With real-time updates and an integrated approach to case management, staff can now efficiently coordinate services, track individual progress, and ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of support.

One of the most beneficial outcomes of this transition has been the integration of LFT’s Community Services and Disability Services into a single, comprehensive digital environment. Previously, community support clients were managed outside of the main system, with limited visibility and burdensome manual tracking. Now, both services are supported within the same FileVision CMS framework and are fostering better collaboration, continuity of care, and the ability to track client progress regardless of location or service type. Staff can coordinate more effectively, and clients experience smoother, more responsive support.

A standout feature of the FileVision CMS deployment is its seamless integration with ACC systems, allowing LFT to meet compliance and reporting obligations with greater accuracy and less administrative overhead. Daily screening notes, care updates, and clinical records are easily logged and retrieved, which ensures that all stakeholders stay informed. Furthermore, FileVision CMS’s integration with NetSuite for invoicing and billing streamlines financial operations. This alignment reduces duplication, eliminates manual errors, and accelerates the invoicing cycle which is critical in a not-for-profit environment where transparency and timely reimbursement are essential.

The Champion Centre is dedicated to providing early intervention services for infants and young children with disabilities in Christchurch and Canterbury, New Zealand. The Centre's programmes offer on-site services during weekly or fortnightly visits throughout the school terms, ensuring that children receive tailored support in a nurturing environment. The Champion Centre is also committed to advancing research in early intervention and providing training for both professionals and parents.
