We are excited to have LAPilates NZ on site with us at Shirley Wellness Centre

Open day/hour tomorrow:
Tuesday 14th March between 1230 - 130pm.
With a coffee cart on site, so you can help yourself to a coffee and go chat to Lynne about Pilates.

You will have an option to register for Pilates classes on the day but there is no obligation if you think it’s not for you.

The purpose of LA Pilates is to educate and inspire women (and men) to understand their bodies and how to build strength and move them effectively.
The boutique classes are small so that you get all the attention you need. Each class is well rounded and specific to who is in that class.

LA Pilates works on posture, the importance of breathing, alignment, identify weaknesses within our kinetic chain and getting each part of your body stronger.

Lynne is the founder of LA Pilates and brings her 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, a pelvic floor exercise specialist and a pre + post natal coach to ensure each class is designed to keep you safe, to make you stronger, more mobile and feel fantastic!

Shoes! Such an important investment for your feet. Every day, we see how the right shoe can reduce pain, increase comfort and mobility for people.
Every shoe is different.
One shoe does not suit all.
They have different qualities to suit particular feet.

We appreciate education evenings with ASICS to keep us updated on new shoe updates. Opportunities to try on and discuss the kind of feet they would be perfect for.

And look at that fantastic colour of the new Asics Nimbus that our podiatrist Danielle is trying on 😉

Shirley Wellness Centre is a hive of activity today.
