❤️ Did you know we have a Defibrillator at the entrance of Balance Pilates (131 Hackthorne Road)?

We realised there wasn’t one available around our hill hub, so we did something about it.

With the help of our incredible Balance Pilates community and the generous support of:
Shelf Home
Emperors Cafe
Cashmere Primary School

…we fundraised and installed an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) for our wider community to use in an emergency.

Please take a moment next time you’re in the studio to notice where it is located — familiarity saves precious time if an emergency ever happens.

We also encourage everyone to download the AED Locations App on your phone so you can quickly find the nearest defibrillator anywhere in the country.

A defibrillator is a life-saving device that delivers an electric shock to help restore a normal heart rhythm during sudden cardiac arrest.
AEDs are designed for public use and provide clear voice prompts to guide you step-by-step. Early access to defibrillation can increase survival rates by up to 44%.
