Watch our instructor Sarah in action. Beginning in a modified four-point kneeling position, she moves through single-leg footwork to activate the lower body and build stability through the pelvis and lats. From there, she adds a knee-off transition into a single-leg pike, lighting up the entire anterior chain while maintaining length and control through a long, neutral spine.
The sequence finishes with a modified Up Stretch, bringing everything together, core engagement, shoulder stability, and full-body coordination, for a smooth, strong, and beautifully connected flow.
