While pregnancy, birth and childhood chiropractic and being a doula/birth coach remains my area of particular focus I see all ages and members of the family. I am ACC registered and an extremity chiropractor meaning that as well as treating the spine and pelvis, I am also qualified to diagnose and treat problems with the shoulders, elbows, wrists/hands, hips, knees, ankles/feet, cranial and jaw problems. Things are often interlinked too so it is commonly necessary to look else where for the cause of a neurological (nerve) or musculoskeletal (muscle and joint) issue.

Considering the world of social media that we now seem to live in, I am perhaps out of the norm and very much love to live in the now, spending time in real life, enjoying those I'm with in the present and very much experiencing the magical moments that life can bring... I am very aware though that it has been a year since I posted which is a little unusual in this day and age and I endeavour to make a little more time to connect.
I thought this was rather magical to share.
The beauty of one of the most simple things; human connection and the beauty of a smile.
I feel so honoured to work with all the little ones that come in to see me and I have to say, the way those beautiful eyes look into mine, I often feel there's a wee soul looking up at me, connecting with my soul, knowing I'm doing my very best to help them 💕
Thank you to all the babies for teaching me so much 🙏

Rainy day... Take the kids to the Court Theatre...we went on Tuesday and it was funny, very entertaining, great costumes, awesome acting and all the kids around us were having a ball. My teenagers were a little more reserved but still shared some giggles. Definitely recommend and good priced tickets. 11am and 1pm shows 🤩🤩

AND I collected this today 🥰 my amazing graphic designer I think you're wonderful (I think you know that already 😉) and CQ printing what a fantastic service. The artwork was with you on Friday and it was ready for collection on Monday. Great quality and great customer service and communication. I highly recommend. Do I admit that I keep excitedly going to have a look at my banner which is up in the lounge.... How many times is too many??!! 🤷 😬😆 P.s. as my dear friend and graphic designer Jane pointed out, the hippo footstool is a classy additional feature 😘
