One of my longtime students brought me some gorgeous flowers from her garden to celebrate 10 years on the beach, thank you Jade! 🥰

Well heyyy there beach lovers! ☀️

I’ve come out of hibernation to let ya know beach yoga season will start back on Show Weekend - Saturday 15th November, yay!

I also cannot believe that this year will be my 10th year running these classes on the beach! I thought I would do a little giveaway to celebrate closer to the time ✨

I’m always quiet on the page over winter/ off season and this year I’ve been super busy with school! 🤓 For those who didn’t know, I am now quite deep into my Medical Imaging Degree - piccy of me in my scrubs before going to surgery recently 🦴

Anyway, just popped on to say hiii 👋 and I’ll post all the dates for beach classes as events soon.

Was a bit bloody windy last weekend so we moved our class over the dunes and into the park for a lovely sheltered bird song filled class. Thanks for coming team!
