Come and chill 🥶 with me and your Birchfield Greens Microgreens on a winter's night harvest, harvested every Friday night.

They are chilled overnight, and you get them crisp, cool, and nutritionally near their peak come morning.

Birchfield Greens has connected with the kind souls at the Riverlution Cafe! And my microgreens now accompany their fresh baked goods and hot toasties! 🥪🌱

I'm very happy with this, my first collaboration. The people at Riverlution are forward thinking, and intent on creating positive change now, and into the future.

If you would like to support both Birchfield Greens and the Riverlution Cafe, simply go and enjoy some great food and drink! In a setting unlike any other Cafe you've experienced before.
