You might think that they are a great meal idea while you are on a weight loss journey (& this isnt to say they aren't!) but did you know just one of those tacos shells is 82 calories? And how many would you eat in one sitting? 2? ... Maybe 3?

You could eat a whopping 130 grams of potatoes for the same calories as just one of those tacos so why not make a delicious potato taco bowl instead!? So much more filling, much less calories and still just as delicious!

๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ My last 4 days of steps!
In our weight loss challenge group this week we have all set ourselves a daily steps goal. For me, it was 10,000. So far I have successfully hit the target 3 days in a row and today Iโ€™m about 3k shortโ€ฆ and Iโ€™m totally ok with that!

Setting a simple daily step target is such a game changer for:
๐Ÿ’ช more movement in your day
๐Ÿ’ช better energy & mood
๐Ÿ’ช supporting your fitness & health goals

And just as important: knowing when your body needs a break. Sore feet or a tired body is a sign to rest, not stress.

Itโ€™s not about perfection, itโ€™s about showing up, being consistent, and listening to your body ๐Ÿ’›
