Upper traps are the muscles that you feel in your shoulders and neck. These muscles like to do everything for you, even sometimes take you away from focusing on life! Because they are stubborn, they need to be coaxed (with a certain nuance) into submission 🪖🎖️

The gastrocnemius is a muscle that crosses the ankle and the knee joints, so it’s important to keep strong and functional, yet limber. This calf raise exercise is a classic one that, done slowly, can be scaled in intensity. 📈🦵🦵

🦶 Do you get stabbing pain in your foot/feet? Or maybe you get cramp when you push off the ground? The muscle responsible for launching off the ground is the Flexor Hallucis Longus (FHL). The tendon is what pushes the big toe into the ground and can cause quite a few issues, including affecting the plantar fascia!
Have a go at this exercise if you feel the sole of your feet cramping up at even reading about this 😱
