This is what happens when you say yes to your healing journey


When Jude first came to me, she felt so emotionally stuck to a traumatic event happening that she had no control over and it was breaking her heart. 💔

After our distant sessions together, she shared this beautiful reflection:

'Kerri was able to support the release of stuck energy following a traumatic event. After the session I didn't feel much different. But waking up the following day I was free from the heaviness of burden I had been lugging around .. free from pain and tension that had been in my back and hip for years.'

It’s such a reminder that when you choose to honour your energy, everything begins to shift. Healing isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about coming home to who you truly are.

Grief feels heavy
 here’s how to release it with love.

I know how heavy grief can feel 
 like you’re carrying love that no longer has a place to land. đŸŒč

It’s tender. It’s exhausting. And it’s okay to feel it all.

In my healing sessions, I often sit with women who are learning to breathe again after loss 
 not to erase love, but to let the pain soften its grip.

This work is about helping your heart find its rhythm again. As you release the pain, you make room for warmth, connection, and peace to return.

You’re not letting go of love 
 you’re simply allowing love to move through you instead of weighing you down. 💛

I used to feel so guilty for saying no. I thought protecting my energy meant I was letting people down.

But over time, I realised that boundaries are an act of love - for myself and for others.

You know that little voice in your head that never stops talking?
The one that reminds you of what you should be doing, replays old conversations, or worries about what might happen next?

Yeah
 that one.

I used to get completely caught up in it thinking that was me.
Until I read The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer, and something really clicked.

He says we’re not the voice at all
 we’re the one listening to it.
And when I actually started to notice that voice instead of believing it, everything shifted.

I remember sitting outside one morning my mind racing with all the things I needed to do and I just thought,
“Wow, I don’t have to follow every thought.”
So I didn’t.
I just breathed, noticed, and let them float past.

And for a moment, it was quiet.
Like really quiet.
My body softened. My energy felt lighter. I could finally hear myself again.

That’s what this book reminded me ... peace doesn’t come from fixing everything out there. It comes from loosening your grip on the noise inside.

So if your mind’s been busy lately, maybe try this:
Just watch it.
Don’t judge it, don’t fight it, just watch.
You’ll start to feel the space between you and your thoughts

and that space? That’s where your calm lives.

You’re the awareness behind them.
And when you remember that you start to feel free.
