✨ From anxious to at ease ... watching your child find calm is the greatest relief.

When anxiety takes hold, it can feel so hard to watch your child struggle, especially in moments that should feel simple, like a school assembly.

This wonderful mum Sarah shared how her son Charlie used to feel overwhelmed in large crowds, but after learning gentle strategies to manage his energy and emotions, everything began to shift.

'My son (8 years old) had terrible anxiety, particularly around large crowds. He always struggled in school assemblies, even if he was just in the crowd. Kerri has taught him strategies so he is now able to manage his own anxiety and feel comfortable in situations he previously couldn’t handle.'

It’s incredible what happens when children are given the tools to understand and calm their energy. They begin to trust themselves again.

Ever felt like your purpose has gone missing, no matter how hard you try to find it?

There was a time when I felt completely disconnected from my purpose. I kept searching for it in books, courses, and other people’s stories, hoping something would click. But the more I searched outside myself, the further away it seemed.

Then one day, during a quiet moment of stillness, (I was actually having a massage!) I realised my purpose wasn’t lost at all. It was waiting for me to slow down and listen. Rumi’s words, “What you seek is seeking you,” reminded me that what we’re looking for is already looking for us. We just have to open our hearts and allow it in.

So many of my clients share this same feeling, that sense of being adrift or unsure of what’s next. But when they reconnect with their energy and inner truth, they begin to remember who they are and why they’re here.

If you’ve been feeling lost, trust that your purpose hasn’t disappeared. It’s simply waiting for you to come home to yourself.

💛 Have you ever had a moment? So perfectly timed, you just knew it was a sign from the universe?

Sometimes the universe speaks in the most unexpected ways. For me, it was a song playing through a single speaker in the middle of Salvador, Brazil, right after I’ve made one of the scariest decisions of my life.

That moment reminded me that even when doubt creeps in, I can choose trust.

Now, when I touch my little two-birds necklace, I remember that day and that everything really is unfolding as it should.
