Here’s something I never thought I’d say… I loved being in the water!

I’ve never really been a swimmer, but since I’ll need to swim 25 metres for dragon boating, I thought I’d better check if I could still do it. And you know what? I could — and I actually enjoyed it!

Sometimes rediscovering movement after breast cancer isn’t about going back to what we used to do — it’s about finding joy in something new.
