We believe homebirth is a safe and beautiful way to birth. It is an honour and privilege to participate with women and their families in the powerful journey through pregnancy and birth.

There are no 'bad habits'.

Let's say that again....

There are NO 'bad habits'.

All of the nurturing things listed below help grow a healthy brain. Each and every one allow attachment to strengthen, and healthy brain connections to form. The stronger the attachment, the more connected the brain is. The more connected the brain is, the stronger the 'foundations' are. The stronger the 'foundations' (for life), the greater the resilience.

Nurturing your little one is so so far from being 'a rod for your own back' - it's the complete opposite. It's packed full of benefits for both you and your baby, all of which are rooted in and supported by neuroscience (how brains work).

So, there is no such thing as a 'bad habit.' It really is that simple. ☺️💛
