Have you tried our new bone broth stock pots yet?
Alex used one of the chicken stock pots to cook his pork chops in the other night resulting in more tender, flavourful meat with a tasty light jus for serving.
It was super simple - just place pork chops (or meat of choice) in a pan with herbs, butter, salt + pepper and one chicken (or beef) stock pot in the middle. Place in the oven for 45 minutes (or until cooked, depending on what meat you use) at 150 degrees. Serve with roasted vegetables and greens. A simple, easy & healthy midweek meal. Yum!
