Not sleeping can really ruin your quality of life. Even though you keep going, - what else can you do?? - you get so tired keeping up the pretence that you are ok, that life is ok... on the inside you are petrified that this is what life will be like, for good. That you will never find a way to sleep deeply and peacefully again.

I am here to tell you that you will and you can. And one thing that really helps is hope, hearing stories from people who have gone through it and found sleep again. And then finding that thing, that block, that unresolved pain, that habit, that limiting belief, that is your root cause, that stops you from sleeping. This has happened to the people I have helped - now let me help you.

Tomorrow evening I am going all out. I will share all the learnings from my healing journey back to sleep. And these learnings have already helped so many others back to sleep, it has changed lives. I've helped people come off medication; No more dependencies, no more exhaustion - but clarity of mind, strength and a zest of life you will find on the other side.

🌙🥹When you lie awake at night, what do you do? Do you stay in bed, tossing and turning, waiting until you are finally 'tired enough', or do you turn on the TV or Netflix, or do you get up?
We will discuss what you can do when you are awake late at night, to when you wake up and struggle to go back to sleep. There are some really simple tricks, that truly make a difference.

👉Hint: Do not stay in bed, tossing and turning! As you teach the brain an association between being awake and the bed.

Something that is often overlooked, is sensitivity. And it has such a major impact on so many areas of our lives. If you have a finely tuned nervous system, life can be so much harder then of someone who doesn't. You feel more, you care more, you are more deeply affected by change, by noise, light, crowds or a busy schedule. You will often feel like you 'do not fit in', and, you will be a light sleeper and be more prone to develop insomnia.

But sensitivity is not a burden; it is a gift. You are part of the 15-20% of the population, picked by nature to protect the species from extinction. You are the one who picks up on danger before anyone else does. And it does not just run in humankind, sensitivity is also found in other species.

But, you will have to learn to manage it. You have to learn to acknowledge and accept that you have a finely tuned nervous system and you experience life differently from others. You also have to live your life differently from others, and when you do, everything falls into place. You will feel more yourself, more at ease, you will be able to sleep better.

Yes. But not in the way you’ve been told.

Insomnia isn’t a disease. There is nothing wrong with you. It’s your body’s way of saying, “I don’t feel safe enough to turn off.”

You can stop trying to fight it. Instead, start to listen. Feel. And release. You will naturally want to look after your body and soul again, and implement routines that serve you.

And when you do?
