Things are moving along with the renovations and they WILL be ready in time for Term 4 at Pulse yoga in the heart of Fendalton.

Time to register for your session so you don’t miss out. Limited mat spots available.

Starting from Monday 20th October I’m running an 8 week course on Mondays and Fridays at 9:30am. This class is gentle and focuses on mobility, breath, balance, flow and restoration.

Tuesdays at 5:45pm is a flow and glow class, we welcome those who want to work a little stronger and enjoy a laugh.

Thursdays at 5:45pm we move slowly with a yin flow practice. Gentle and slow flows with rest and stretch over props in between our flows.

All classes incorporate a little core strengthening and I welcome newcomers, past students and those looking to improve their wellness through understanding more about their minds and bodies!

There’s a specific moment I’ve seen play out with many many clients.

They’ve tried everything.

Bootcamps. Meal plans. Fasting. 75 Hard.
They’ve got the podcasts. The supplements. The motivation – for a little while.
Then the pattern repeats.

They hit a wall.

Fall off.

Feel frustrated.

And finally… they decide to “get serious.”

They buy the new gear.
Print out the new plan.
Fill the fridge with “clean” food.
They block off the workouts on their calendar.
And they say the same thing we’ve heard over and over again:

“This is it. I’m doing it for real this time.”

And for a while…

They actually believe it.
They hit the gym five days straight… They meal prep on Sunday… They even skip the donuts at the office.

But then?

Life happens.

Work gets busy.
A kid gets sick.
The “clean” food goes bad.
The plan starts feeling too rigid.

And the workouts?

They get pushed. Once. Then twice. Then forgotten.

I don’t say this to shame anyone.
(I’ve been there.)

But if that cycle feels way too familiar…

Then there’s something you need to hear:

The problem isn’t you!! 🙌🏻
It’s not your willpower.💪🏼
It’s not that you “just need to want it more.”
It’s not even that you’re doing the wrong workouts.

Instead, it’s that you’ve been trying to do it alone.

And for most people – that’s the reason it never sticks.

Because it’s easy to start a plan when you’re feeling motivated.

But it’s nearly impossible to stay consistent when life gets chaotic…

when no one’s checking in…

and when every obstacle knocks you off course.

That’s where the best part comes in! Me!

Engaging in the personal trainer, someone who can hold you accountable for your actions means you get consistent and ready to tackle your health journey with someone by your side!

You are NOT alone!

We’ve got this together.
