The biggest inspiration or impact I can have on those around me, is my children.
Everyday I walk once, if not twice, (we do have a dog who loves going out!) I teach 7-8yoga classes a week and add in a short run or two, bike or two and weights session or two per week!
For me, it’s not only about my physical strength, but also my mental health. Getting outside and soaking up Mother Nature, rain, hail, or shine, does an immense amount of mental pleasure for the mind and soul.
My kids know that we move everyday, it’s just a part of who we are and I’m grateful they understand and acknowledge the importance of this daily ritual.
