A mother and son did the quit smoking session together on Friday. They have been smoking for over 50 years between them, but made the decision to give up together...

Bicom Bioresonance helps to reduce ni****ne cravings, which makes the whole process much easier. And doing it alongside some one else may help too.

Spring is beautiful...🌼🌺🌷🌻...blossom, daffodils, daphne, and leafy greens. As a herbalist there is also the something else to celebrate... WEEDS!
😍😍They have so much to offer!🤗🤗
🍃Stinging nettle...drink as a tea, or saute with other greens for a nutritious side dish; a fabulous blood tonic, great for arthritic pain and circulation.
🌿Dandelion...the bitter leaves can be added to salads; a liver tonic, and may help improve digestion.
🌱Purslane...add leaves to your salads, or make a beautiful dip similar to tzatziki, by adding leaves to some Greek yogurt with a couple of cloves of garlic; great source of omega 3, reduces inflammation on bee stings.

I've just had the most amazing 24 hrs. Run bicom bioresonance quit smoking programs for 13 employees at a local business. Huge support from the company and commitment from the people giving up. It is so inspiring to see so many people taking action to improve their health and financial status. Feeling grateful to be part of their journey.
