Yesterday I was busy refreshing my 1st aid certificate for the umpteenth time. Always a worthwhile experience, amazing how rusty you get in 2 years. Here’s to another 2years with no need to put it in to practice 😃.
On another note it’s looking fairly quiet over the school holidays so it’s a great time to book an appointment or 2 if you’ve been letting your ‘self-care’ slide
