🐾 Paws and Reflect 🐾

Today’s wellbeing break looked a little fluffier than usual… because what better way to recharge than with a cuddle and a tail wag?

Spending time with animals—especially playful puppies—has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, and boost team morale. At LM Safety, we take wellbeing seriously, and sometimes that means taking a break not from work, but from stress itself.

Big thanks to our honorary (and very enthusiastic) wellbeing officers for the cuddles and chaos 🐶💛

Our Story

LM Safety specialises in taking a pragmatic and realistic approach to health and safety, risk profiling, occupational health systems, safety systems, safety culture and safety engagement. Logan's practical experience covers an extensive range of high risk industries - including Gas and Oil, Rail, Transport, Civil Construction, Food Manufacturing, $.025–75m Projects, Agriculture, Hospitality, Adventure Tourism, and Engineering. In addition to these industries, experience in laboratory, distribution centers, waste treatment, and critical incident management has helped developed a very broad knowledge base and the tools required to manage the risks that present themselves. This valuable experience, in conjunction with international qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH), being a Technical member of IOSH, NZISM and the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management, should provide assurance that you are working with a true Health and Safety Professional. As part of giving back to the profession, Logan is a member of the Skills NZ led targeted review of qualifications (TROQ) for Level 1 – 6 safety generic unit standards that sit on the NZQA framework. LM Safety can lead you and your business/organisation/club in the right direction. A business that looks after its staff and their safety, is business built to last!
