Tramping for 5 days over Christmas on Caples Greenstone track was fun, challenging, exhilarating, tiring, beautiful, empowering, wet, humbling, and amazing. I chanted mantras to stay focused, I stretched to ease body aches, I tapped into my inner strength when I struggled for breath (virus pre-hike is not great prep!), I soaked up the power and awe of nature, I contemplated life and where I’m heading in 2026….this is yoga off the mat and I love it ❤️🙏

Yagya (fire ceremony) riverside at Sri Kalahastri Temple and ocean side rituals at Rameshwaram. The ritual is performed for Spiritual purification - to purify the mind, body, and environment and promote spiritual growth.
Expression of devotion - show devotion to the divine (God) and express selflessness.
Harmonization - maintain balance with cosmic forces and the natural world.
Welfare - to seek blessings for the well-being of self, our families, and the entire world. 🔥🙏❤️ ❤️

I’m back in India 🇮🇳 6 days at Sri Narayani Peedam. Ayurveda treatments, seva (service) at Green Sakthi and poojas with Sri Sakthi Amma whose divine vision has created a beautiful spiritual centre on connection, love and peace. My stay ended with an unexpected yagya (fire ceremony) with Panditji. Now my meditation pilgrimage begins 🙏 ❤️

A snapshot of the Lookout Lodge Yoga retreat on 25 Sept. Lovely ladies with ages ranging from 40 to 79, 3 generations (mother, daughter, granddaughter). Managed to walk the Millennium track and Hawea River track between showers. Yummy food and stunning location Feel lucky to share my love of yoga 🧘 🤸‍♂️🙏
