To the ŌCWHub Community,

It's with a heavy heart that we share that our art and social support spaces will be closing at the end of this January. It’s been an incredible ride, with moments of joy, excitement, seemingly insurmountable odds, and invaluable learning.

To our service users and supporters: Thank you. Your belief and trust in us have been the driving force behind our every step. We're committed to ensuring a smooth transition for any ongoing needs.

To our dedicated team: Your passion and hard work have been the core of our journey. We're grateful beyond words for every moment.

While this chapter ends, the bonds and memories we've created endure. We’d love it if you could share your favorite moments and stories with us as we close this amazing chapter of our lives.

We still have a few weeks left, so join us for a light farewell lunch at 1pm Thursday 29th January, and if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to send us a message here.

We’re eternally grateful to anyone and everyone that was involved and wish you all the best.

Today we're set up in room 1.4 on the first floor with some colouring and crotchet!

Kia ora whānau! Here is our schedule for the rest of the year!

Arts and crafts will be on the *first floor* and will differ each week, though will often be something like crotchet or bracelet making and we have lots of colouring for those less craft-minded.

Social support is our drop-in time on the *sixth floor* to come in for a cuppa and a chat- let us know what's been on your mind or just come to chill out for a few hours!

Pathfinder is by application these days as we have 3 full groups! Message the page if you'd like to be put on the waiting list to join epic fantasy adventures in the world of Golarion!

This mental health awareness week is a good reminder for us to take time to 'top up together'. Life can get so busy, it's important to make time for the little things that keep us well and happy within ourselves and our social groups.

Have a think about any of these things you already do and what you could make time to give a try this week.......

Kia ora e te whānau.
This is such a difficult post for our team to be sharing. Mike has been a huge part of our world, our lives and as he would often remind us, our hub family.

We are so lucky to have been a part of your journey Mike. Your consistency and care for everyone around you as well as your simple appreciation for life has added so much to our world. You've held space for us to laugh and ground ourselves in happy moments, your absence will be felt for a long time to come. There won't be a scrabble game we play, BBQ we have or quiz that we do where you won't be on our minds
