We aim to give patient’s the tools and understanding to facilitate their journey towards their realistic physical goals. Chasing the 'Winterless North'. Great week vanning around Northland and catching up with friends. Even managed a few swims in preparation for Ironman Taupo. Don't forget the St Clair Salt Pool will be opening soon. So if you're about to go from zero to hero , try to get at least one swim in at the other pools before the season opens. Just so the shoulders don't get such a shock.
