👋🏼 Hello! Long time no post!

Iv had a few enquiries asking about when and if iv started back up.
I’m still working full time shift work, but thought I would open up a couple of days on my days off!

New location 📍 We have built a new home and settled in nicely - still in Palmerston!

Days available will be every second Wednesday and Thursdays.
Books open starting for Wednesday 16th July then every fortnight to work in with my work roster.

Excited to slowly get back into it! Flick me a message if you want to book in or if want more info on how I could help ☺️ 💆🏼‍♀️

I am guttered to let you all know that Friday May 12th will be my last day of clients/appointments for a wee while.
We are on the move and I have decided it will be easier to temporarily close until I am able to fully set up again in a new location!
Unsure on the timeframe but thanks for the ongoing support!
Will keep you posted on any updates 👀☺️

Full back go over for Shannon today!

Shannon gets right into Ultra Marathons as well as working shift work up at Macraes as an underground Diesel Mechanic! With all his training for ultras and his tasks at work, he has found the cups a key part of his recovery... generating good blood flow to the tight areas to loosen up those little niggles 🏃🏽👟

Recovery/Rest day for Paige today! Paige has been strength training at the gym and was feeling tight and sore in her back and shoulders! 💪🏽
Ended up cupping her lumbar region, following the erectors right up to the upper traps with a few on and around the shoulders!
This will help her muscle groups loosen and circulate new blood that’s full of nutrients. This will assist a quicker repair of the fatigued/sore muscles!

Sorry for the delay… still trying to get my head around this situation 🤯
Since we have been set at Orange 🍊 and I am classed as a close contact service, I will only be able to see/take on fully vaccinated clients so I can keep operating.
🦠 I will need to see every clients vaccination pass when they walk through my door or booking in. I
will use the verify app to scan it through once.
🦠I understand everyone has different opinions and views on this whole situation, but this is what I have to do to be able to keep providing my service.

I have been in contact with all my clients I needed to rebook so now I can take on clients that are in need of a session! Session times are filling up quick next week so get in touch to secure your spot! 💆🏼‍♀️

- Mandatory sign in on the QR code on entrance
-Compulsory mask for myself throughout whole treatment. (Client has the option)
- Cleaning and changing linen and table (general hygiene practices anyway)

Long story short, apologies but I cannot operate until we hit at least level 2..
If you haven’t heard from me and you have an appt booked for Wednesday 18th - Friday 20th, I will be in touch either tonight or tomorrow!
I Will be in touch with everyone else booked after Friday when they give us an update on what level they decide to keep/put us to!
