This week in the movement club we’re diving into the Niyamas: Five personal practices that help us keep balance in the hustle of life.
1️⃣ Shaucha – Cleanliness. Keep your space, your thoughts, and your habits clear.
2️⃣Santosha – Contentment. Find peace in where you are, even if it’s not where you thought you’d be.
3️⃣Tapas – Discipline. Show up, even when it feels hard. The effort is the magic.
4️⃣Svadhyaya – Self-study. Take time to reflect and learn more about yourself
5️⃣Ishvara Pranidhana – Surrender. Let go and trust that the universe has your back.
It’s the small moments: choosing gratitude in the chaos, pushing through when you don’t feel like it, and making time for reflection in the middle of a busy day.
