Exercise Challenge: Side Plank

This week's exercise challenge is a full side plank for maximum time. You will start with one hand and foot on the ground with your other leg and arm extended. Time will stop if your hip lowers, your foot drops below hip height or your arm gives way. Try to stay as straight as possible and enjoy the burn.
