Exercise Challenge: No cheat Sit Ups

This week's challenge is harder than it looks! You'll start by lying on your back with your legs straight and arms extended at your sides. You'll then complete as many sit ups as you can in 60 seconds without your feet coming off the ground or your arms moving forwards. Good luck!

Exercise Challenge if the Week: Sit Ups

This week's challenge is no-cheating sit ups. You'lll start lying on your back with your legs straight, heels on the ground and arms out to the sides touching the ground. You will then complete as many sit ups as you can in 60 seconds without your feet coming off the ground or your arms moving forward.

Exercise Challenge: Side Plank

This week's exercise challenge is a full side plank for maximum time. You will start with one hand and foot on the ground with your other leg and arm extended. Time will stop if your hip lowers, your foot drops below hip height or your arm gives way. Try to stay as straight as possible and enjoy the burn.
