Exercise Challenge of the Week
Half back Pass
This week we are celebrating Otago making the finals of the NPC with a rugby pass challenge. You will stand on the marker, side on to the O target and pass the ball to hit the target. Most consequtive accurate passes wins.

Exercise Challenge of the Week
Bosu Frog Stand

This week's exercise challenge is a frog stand on a bosu ball, as demonstrated by Maia.
You will balance with your hands on the upside down bosu, with your knees balanced on the outside of your arms, feet off the ground. The winner is the person that can hold this position the longest. Good luck!
