I studied Iyengar yoga from the age of 22 whilst pregnant with my daughter. I have recently completed a course in Dunedin at AYU in Queens Gardens. I did teach in London when I lived there. I stopped practicing for a few years, but now that my family have grown and I have more time to practice. Especially as you grow older and get stiff, Yoga helps improve body balance and movement.
